Treating Service Only (TSO)

Straits Wood Treating has continually offered TSO service to customers since it’s formation in 1980.

SWT contains two pressure cylinders on-site:

• For our MCA (Micronized Copper Azole) materials, we use a 60 ft long, single door pressure cylinder. Common MCA treated products would be dimensional lumber, fence boards, landscape timbers, etc.

• Our CCA (Chromated Copper Arsenate) materials are treated using a double door, 50 ft long cylinder. Some common CCA treated materials would be timbers, agricultural poles, pilings, FDN grade lumber and plywood.

  • All FDN lumber is paper wrapped

*Our site offers acreage to house and store your lumber while it goes through the treating process.
